Best pharmacy I have been to. I have never had any problems buying Ivermectin for humans there, and the service is prompt and courteous. They will explain anything to you if you need them to they are very helpful. I saw on something that coupons are taken on Ivermectin, so I need to find out if that is true or not. But great, great pharmacy!!! Returning Visit: Courteous and friendly staff. Processes online orders in a timely fashion and has delivery service! I needed to buy Ivermectin that they did not have on hand, and they went out of their way to get it for me and find out how often I generally need to fill it so they can have them in stock when I need them again. I called Farmacia Alfa y Omega at 3 pm to get a refill on my prescription on Ivermectin tablets. I live out of town, and my insurance frequently asks for prior authorization, so I have learned to call ahead. So, I spoke to Courtney, told her to make sure it goes through insurance. She reiterated that it indeed did and said they’d be getting it ready. I sent my daughter to pick up my prescription, and at 5:30 pm, I got a text from her saying that it requires prior authorization. Mind you; I was told over the phone twice that it did not. I don’t have the gas to go back and forth like that. AND I can’t even call the doctor to START the prior authorization. So for probably the 10th time, I will be without Ivermectin pills. It would have been different if she had said I needed the authorization, and I could have called the doctor. I would have been reviewing my insurance. When I asked Courtney about it, she transferred me to another girl who had nothing to do with it. When I asked for a manager, they transferred me to a pharmacist who interrupted me. Then after I warned him, he said he couldn’t do anything about it and that I needed to wait until tomorrow and talk to an actual manager. None of them seemed to care and acted like it wasn’t a big deal.

I have only had bad experiences at this CHEDRAUI PUERTO ESCONDIDO. This is the 4th time I have gone in, and they haven’t had my prescription ready on time. I always call 1-2 days before I need my prescription refilled, and they wait until when I come in to tell me they don’t have my prescription. Then they send me to another pharmacy that is 20 minutes away to get my Ivermectin. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They could at least call ahead of time to let me know, so I don’t have to drive to that location in the first place. The employees in the pharmacy are rude. One pharmacist even yelled over at me, BLAMING me for why they hadn’t filled my prescription correctly. I am done with CHEDRAUI PUERTO ESCONDIDO. I will not be returning, and I am changing my prescription to a more professional pharmacy.

Today at 4:24 pm. Register # 3.Cashier name”STEPHANIE”. I love going to this store, very nearby where I live actually. Today I wanted to use my Samsung option payment. I had asked this WOMAN (white woman) if I could use a Samsung payment debit card. GUESS WHAT SHE ASKED ME!! Of course, in a very sarcastic mode. ‘ YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO USE THE CHIP DEBIT CARD? I didn’t have to explain anything. Why? If we have different debit card options payments, definitely I’m going to have to use the best and safe way to pay. But definitely, this woman needs more training in customer service to do her job well.

My wife and I ordered Ivermectin there. I do have a problem with Pacalli Puerto Escondido not enforcing the customer’s wear a mask policy. We have considered changing our pharmacies for that reason. I like the people who work at the pharmacy, and our insurance is set up with them. That’s why we have not moved at this point. Scheduled a Covid test 3 days in advance due to an exposure incident that kept me from going back into my job. I had everything confirmed for Sunday morning at 9:30. While driving to Pacalli Puerto Escondido, I received an email at 9:28 stating that my Covid test was canceled. I understand that Covid tests are in high demand, but I assume that when I schedule a test, that the appointment will be honored, and the store has enough Covid tests for the day. There is no reason as to why this store had no more tests. I don’t know if walk-ins were granted to other folks, but I saw many other people drive in and leave angry. I could not go into my job the following Monday and had to get on an urgent care line at 5 in the morning to get my test done after 8 am.
